About UsThe Illinois Early Childhood Collaboration web site was created to make collaboration models and resources accessible to the Illinois early care and education community. This site describes collaboration models and provides information on collaboration in all Head Start component areas- Program Design & Management, Early Childhood Development, Health, and Family & Community Partnership. In addition to general information, the site includes profiles of Illinois Early Care and education community collaborations, tools you can use in developing a collaboration in your community, guidebooks and other essential information to make your collaboration successful. Coming in the Fall of 2010, is a forum where discussions on developing and maintaining collaborations will be available for interested parties and/or visitors. Be sure to check back at that time. The IDHS Head Start State Collaboration Office funds the development and maintenance of this website with the federal Head Start Collaboration grant.
